Design & Skill Extractor ("the Extension") is developed by Vaibhav Koli.
This page describes what information the Extension accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
Summary
- The Extension reads design-related information from the active browser tab when you open it or click refresh.
- All processing happens locally in your browser.
- The Extension does not sell your data or send page content to the developer's servers.
Information the Extension Accesses
When you use the Extension, it may read the following from the currently active tab only:
- Page URL and title
- Computed CSS styles (typography, colors, spacing, border radius, shadows, motion, and related visual properties)
- Limited visible text from the page (for example: headings, navigation labels, call-to-action text, and short text samples)
- CSS custom properties from accessible stylesheets
- Basic page structure signals (such as counts of buttons, links, forms, and similar elements)
The Extension does not access:
- Your browsing history
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- Personal communications (email, chat, messages)
- Financial or payment information
- Health information
- Location or GPS data
- Keystrokes, mouse movements, scroll behavior, or other activity monitoring across sites
How Information Is Used
The Extension uses the information above solely to:
- Generate a design-system markdown file on your device
- Let you preview, copy, or download that file
- Store lightweight local preferences (for example, last extraction metadata) in browser storage
Generated files remain on your device unless you choose to copy or save them elsewhere.
Data Sharing
The Extension does not:
- Sell or rent user data
- Transfer user data to third parties for advertising
- Use data for purposes unrelated to extracting and exporting a page's design system
- Use data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
The Extension does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Remote Code
All Extension code is packaged inside the Extension bundle. The Extension does not load or execute code from remote servers at runtime.
Children's Privacy
The Extension is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the Extension changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when that happens.
Continued use of the Extension after changes means you accept the updated policy.
